YPP Academy is a specialized program for teen and young parents under the age of 25. We help teen and young parents become prepared for long-term success and equip them with the tools and resources needed to navigate parenthood, increase resiliency, become self-sufficient, and raise healthy well-adjusted children. Participants are offered career training, life skills, connection to doula and family support services, GED/Diploma Support, and mentorship/apprenticeship opportunities.

Enrolled participants are supported in seven (7) areas of well being; housing, food, transportation, physical and mental wellness, financial security, education, and social support. We support participants where they are currently in life and help them take the big and small steps needed to reach their goals.

Enrollment is open to pregnant/parenting teens and young parents under age 25. Must be currently pregnant or parenting to apply.

To enroll, please click the enroll button and fill out the application form. If you are a guidance counselor, social worker, family support worker or other professional making a referral, please have your participant fill out this enrollment form.
